What is DeshiDukan's Easy Returns policy?

We assure you that all Items sold on DeshiDukan are brand new and 100% genuine. In case there is an issue with the product you have received, our Easy Returns promise has got you covered. Possible resolution could be Refund, depending on DeshiDukan's Return Policy.

Is it possible to 'return' an Tshirt without TAG?

If you have already purchased a T-shirt and removed TAG from it, unfortunately you won't be able to return the same.

How do I return a product Shipped by DeshiDukan?

  1. You can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email on deshidukantshirts [at] gmail [dot] com
  2. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request with proper evidence required.
  3. If you have received damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 7 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end, then we will proceed with replacement of the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product our end and QC verified.
  4. Customization:
    -> In case of any size issues in the custom t-shirts there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed the return request.
    -> The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
    -> The color of the custom t-shirt or any other fabric items may slightly vary as per the customer's screen resolution.
  5. For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into particular bank account shared by customer.
  6. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of any defective product the shipping charges will be bared by the company and if the wrong order placed by customer, then he/she have to bare the shipping cost.

I have requested a refund, when will I get it?

Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs.  Buyer will get refund amount within 3-5 business days.

Can I Exchange Tshirt(s)?

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange T-shirts with other design.

 

 

 

Do I get full refund?

In any case, 5% cash processing fees will be deducted before making refund for any agreed order/partial order.
